Photo Restoration
My adventures in photo restoration started several years ago after receiving a large box of old family photos. Most were in terrible shape. As time passed, people started asking me if I could work on their damaged photos, and thus a decades long love affair with vintage photos began. Minor Damage and color correction averages $25.00 per image. Major damage repairs start at $25.00 per hour. Please e-mail me for more details and a cost estimate.
Color Correction/Colorization
When colorizing or restoring the color on vintage and antique photos, I prefer a light touch often spending hours building up dozens of layers of soft colors. While time consuming, the end result has a depth that closely resembles the hand-tinted photos popular in years past. Check out my portfolio of before and after photos here.
Basic color/tone correction is $25.00 plus a scanning charge if image is mailed.
